The observation that market concentration is inherent to capitalism rather than just manipulative behavior is spot-on! It reframes this less as avillain story and more as a structural issue. Ive noticed this same dynamic across tech, media, retail - basically every sector once it digitalizes. The Willard Cochrane treadmill analogy is brutal but accurate: farmers adopt technology to stay competitive, then lose the benefits to consolidation anyway.

I haven't been at this nearly as long as Gunnar but it seems to me that regen is just a rebrand of a lot of what organic was trying to accomplish dressed up in the same market based premium game mentioned. If that's the case I don't really seeing it accomplishing much.
